For Job Seekers

How do I create my Video CV?â–¼
After registering, go through the onboarding flow: select your profession, answer 5–8 questions, receive an AI-generated script, practice with the teleprompter, and record your video. The whole process takes under 15 minutes.
Can I re-record my Video CV?â–¼
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Video Studio and click 'Record New Video'. You can have multiple versions and set one as your primary CV.
Who can see my Video CV?â–¼
By default, your Video CV is visible to verified employers and recruiters. You can change visibility in Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
How do I apply for a job?â–¼
Browse jobs at /jobs, open a listing, and click 'Apply with Video CV'. You can select which version to send with a custom message.
Is QuickyCV free for job seekers?â–¼
Yes — the core features (1 Video CV, unlimited applications, basic profile) are free forever. Pro plan adds unlimited CVs, AI regeneration, and featured placement.

For Companies

How do I register my company?â–¼
Go to /company/register, fill in your company details, and complete the onboarding. You'll have access to your company dashboard immediately.
How do I post a job?â–¼
From your company dashboard, click 'Post a Job'. You can optionally record a video job description using the teleprompter tool, making your listing stand out.
How can I search for candidates?â–¼
Go to Dashboard → Talent Search. Filter by profession, experience level, location, and language. Click on any candidate to view their full Video CV.
What is the company plan pricing?â–¼
The Company plan is $49/month and includes unlimited job posts, access to all video CVs, candidate filtering, interview scheduling, and 5 team seats.

For Service Providers

How do I appear on the live map?â–¼
Complete your profile, then go to Dashboard → Availability. Set your status to 'Online' and your service radius. You'll appear on the map instantly.
Is my exact location shared?â–¼
No. We apply a ~1km privacy offset to your location before displaying it publicly. Only after a client selects you and both parties agree is exact location shared.
How do service requests work?â–¼
When a client creates a request matching your service type and location, you receive a broadcast notification. You can respond with availability or decline.
Do I need a subscription to be on the map?â–¼
No — free accounts can appear on the map. Premium providers get featured placement, priority in broadcasts, and an emergency request badge.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?â–¼
Go to /login and click 'Forgot Password'. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
How do I cancel my subscription?â–¼
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?â–¼
Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Contact support@quickycv.com with your request.
How do I delete my account?â–¼
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account and click 'Delete Account'. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
