How We Keep You Safe

Identity Verification

Users can earn verified badges through our 5-level verification system. Always check verification status before sharing personal contact details.

Location Privacy

Service providers' map locations are offset by approximately 1km. Exact addresses are never shared publicly until both parties agree to connect.

Block & Report

Block any user instantly from their profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

Safety Guidelines for Job Seekers

Only share personal contact details (phone number, home address) after verifying the employer's identity and company registration.

Legitimate employers will never ask you for money, bank details, or payment as part of the hiring process.

Be cautious of job offers that seem too good to be true — unusually high salaries for minimal work are a common scam indicator.

Video interviews should take place on recognized platforms. Never download unknown software at an interviewer's request.

Research companies before attending in-person interviews. Confirm the office address independently.

If an employer pressures you to decide immediately or share sensitive documents before a formal offer, treat this as a red flag.

Report suspicious job listings using the Report button. We review and remove fraudulent listings quickly.

Safety Guidelines for Service Requests

For Service Seekers

•Only share your exact address after selecting a provider and confirming via the platform chat.
•Check the provider's verification level, reviews, and completion rate before hiring.
•For in-home services, let someone know when and where you're expecting a provider.
•Pay via the platform or agree on a clear pricing upfront. Avoid paying in full before work is completed.
•Leave an honest review after each service — it helps others make safe decisions.

For Service Providers

•Complete your profile verification to build trust with potential clients.
•Confirm service details and pricing before traveling to a client location.
•For first-time clients, meet in a semi-public location if possible before proceeding to private premises.
•Document the agreed scope of work before starting. Take before/after photos for high-value jobs.
•If a client seems unsafe or the situation feels wrong, you have the right to cancel. Report the incident.
