Refund Policy

1. Free Features
Registration, role selection, basic profiles, and browsing jobs, talent, freelancers, and services are free. No refund applies to free features.
2. Quicky Pro and Subscriptions
Paid plans (Quicky Pro, company subscriptions, provider boosts) are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. You may cancel renewal at any time from Settings or Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you were charged in error or did not receive the paid feature described at purchase, contact billing@quickycv.com within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed verification reviews, one-time job post boosts after publication, and third-party payment processing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by local law.
