Job Description
[Commission-based role: 10% commission] We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join QuickyCV remotely and help grow our platform, user base, and brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media growth, paid advertising, content strategy, and campaign optimization. This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary. The specialist will earn a 10% commission based on qualified revenue generated through their marketing efforts. You will have the freedom to develop and test different marketing strategies while working closely with the QuickyCV team to turn marketing activity into measurable growth. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements and the potential for a long-term partnership based on performance.
Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow QuickyCV
- • Generate qualified leads and potential customers through digital channels
- • Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms
- • Develop content ideas, campaigns, and promotional strategies
- • Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns when required
- • Identify new customer acquisition and growth opportunities
- • Conduct competitor and market research
- • Improve website traffic, conversions, and user acquisition
- • Track marketing performance and analyze key metrics
- • Test different campaigns, messaging, audiences, and acquisition channels
- • Build and maintain an effective marketing funnel
- • Work with the QuickyCV team to improve campaigns, offers, and positioning
- • Provide regular reports on results, performance, and recommendations.
Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
- • Proven experience generating leads, customers, or measurable business growth
- • Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital acquisition
- • Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
- • Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions
- • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
- • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- • Comfortable working with a commission-based compensation structure
- • Previous experience marketing SaaS, technology, recruitment, HR, or digital products is a plus
- • A portfolio, previous campaign results, or examples of successful marketing work are highly preferred.
