Yes. You can be both a Job Seeker and a Freelancer, or any combination. Select multiple roles from your account settings at any time.

A Video CV is a short (30–90 second) professional introduction you record through your browser or phone. It replaces the boring text resume with a personal, engaging presentation of your skills and personality.

Go to the Video Studio from your dashboard. You can use our built-in teleprompter to read your script while recording. The system asks for camera and microphone permissions, counts down 3 seconds, then records.

Yes, if your profile is set to public. Companies browsing talent can watch your Video CV directly from the talent directory. You can control visibility in your profile settings.

Video is optional. You can still create a full profile, apply to jobs, and get hired using your text profile. However, profiles with Video CVs get significantly more views.

Browse jobs at /jobs, click on any listing to see the full details, then click 'Apply Now'. If you have a Video CV, it will be attached automatically. You can track all applications in your dashboard.

Verified users have submitted identity documents reviewed by our team. A verification badge builds trust with employers and boosts your profile in search results.

Companies can invite you to an interview directly from your profile or application. You'll receive a notification and can accept, decline, or propose a different time from your Interviews dashboard.

Click 'Join as Freelancer' or go to choose-path and select Freelancer. You'll go through a 9-step onboarding: profile, type, category, services, portfolio, video intro, map settings, verification, and publish.

You can list any professional skill — Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Education, Healthcare, and many more. Each service has its own title, description, pricing, and delivery terms.

Yes. You choose between fixed price, hourly rate, monthly retainer, or negotiable. You set your minimum and maximum price range in any currency.

From your Verification page in the dashboard, submit one or more documents: National ID, Trade License, Professional Certificate, or request a Portfolio Review. Admin reviews within 2–5 business days.

A Service Provider is a business or individual offering on-demand, location-based services (plumbers, electricians, cleaners, drivers, etc.). You appear on the live map so nearby clients can find and book you.

When you go online from your dashboard, your approximate location appears on the map. Clients can broadcast a service request to nearby providers. You choose your visibility mode (city-only, radius, exact, or remote-only).

No. You only receive requests when your status is set to Online or Available Today. You control your availability from your Map Status page.

Go to /company/register. You'll need your company name, industry, size, description, and a company logo. After registration, you can post jobs and search talent immediately.

From your Company Dashboard, click 'Post a Job'. Fill in the job title, description, requirements, salary range, and location. Jobs go live immediately and appear in the jobs directory.

Yes. From any applicant's profile or the talent search, click the play button to watch their Video CV. You can shortlist, invite to interview, or reject from the same page.

Go to Settings → My Roles. You can activate additional roles at any time. Each role unlocks its own dashboard, onboarding, and features.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. If you have active subscriptions, cancel them first to avoid charges.
