Just got my first Video CV interview - it actually worked!

Sent my Video CV to 3 companies this week. Already heard back from Noon.com and a fintech startup. The HR manager at Noon said they could tell I was genuinely passionate. Never happens with a PDF CV. Highly recommend recording yours if you haven't yet.
