How do I reset my password?
Go to /login and click Forgot Password. We will email a secure reset link.
How do I upload documents?
Open Dashboard, then Documents or Verification, and upload PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, or WEBP files.
Why is my verification pending?
Documents are reviewed by the admin team. Status updates appear on your verification page.
How do I contact support?

How do I report a fake profile?
Use Report a Safety Issue or submit a ticket with topic Safety Report.
